Welcome to the World Health Organization (WHO)! As a topical institution over the past couple of years, the WHO is at the forefront of global public health, responsible for leading a number of public health achievements such as the eradication of smallpox, the near-eradication of polio and the development of an Ebola vaccine. What legacy will you leave behind as you debate and collaborate on the world's most pressing public health issues?
How big will this committee be? This will be a very large committee.
How much experience do I need to sign up for this committee? While delegates of all skill levels are welcome, this committee is well-suited for novice delegates. The double-delegate format allows for more nervous and less experienced delegates to collaborate with a partner.
How much will I have to speak in this committee? Due to the large size of this committee, delegates should expect to speak only a few times in each committee session. This committee is designed for newer delegates who might feel less comfortable speaking for prolonged periods of time.
How will debate be structured in this committee? This committee will follow our standard Rules of Procedure.
